POP CLASH — Terms of Use

POP CLASH is a free, offline game. It costs nothing, sells nothing, and connects to nothing. There is no account to create and no wallet to connect.

1. Agreement

These terms apply between you and OSHO GAMES ("we", "us"), the developer of POP CLASH (the "game"). By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Cost

The game is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no premium currency sold for money, no advertising and no paid content of any kind. Everything in the game is unlocked by playing it.

3. No wallet, no tokens, no financial activity

POP CLASH does not connect to a wallet, does not use or issue tokens or NFTs, does not process payments, and does not read or write anything on any blockchain. Coins, shards and equipment inside the game are ordinary game data stored on your own device. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and are not property.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control. You may not:

redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game or its files;
modify the game and distribute the result;
reverse engineer the game, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
use the game's characters, artwork, music or name in your own products.

All rights not granted here remain with us.

5. Ownership

The game, including its code, characters, artwork, music and the name POP CLASH, belongs to OSHO GAMES and is protected by copyright.

6. Your save data

Your progress is stored only on your own device, in the app's private storage. We never receive it and cannot see, recover or restore it. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or lose or reset your device, your progress is gone permanently. There is no cloud backup and no way for us to bring it back.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work correctly, but we do not promise that it will be free of defects, or that it will run on every device or every version of Android.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost save data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Age

The game is suitable for all ages. It contains no advertising, no purchases and no communication features. It is single-device only: all multiplayer is played by people sharing one phone.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the game changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Ending the agreement

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you breach these terms; in that case you must stop using the game and remove it from your devices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
